Clean(er) Eats Vanilla Protein Pancakes

1/4 cup egg whites
1 scoop vanilla protein powder ( I use About Time)
3 tbsp 0% vanilla Greek yogurt (I use Presidents Choice Brand, no added sugars, high protein count)
1 tbsp Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 nutmeg, fresh ground please and thank you.
1/2 cap full vanilla extract, optional (I didn't use any)


Mix all ingredients in a blender, magic bullet or electic mixer. Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat to med high heat. Pour batter into small dollops on skillet (I used a 1/4 cup ice cream scoop). Cook until bubbles form and bottom side is golden brown and flip over and cook til golden.


Top with honey, almond butter, real maple syrup, fruit and yogurt or agave nectar.
